Will a booster work if I have zero bars?
You need at least a faint outdoor signal — even a flicker. If there's nothing to amplify, a booster can't help; check your roofline first.
Do boosters work with my carrier?
zBoost units cover all major US carriers on 800/1900 MHz and 4G LTE bands — Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile and regional carriers.
Is installation hard?
Most home installs take under an hour: antenna outside, booster inside, cable between them. No pairing, no accounts, no internet needed.
Do I need to register the booster?
US carriers ask that you register signal boosters — it takes 5 minutes on your carrier's site. We include the links with every unit.
What's your return policy?
60 days, tested in your actual dead zone. If it doesn't raise your bars, send it back for a full refund.
How is this different from Wi-Fi calling?
Wi-Fi calling needs your router; a booster fixes the cellular signal itself — calls, texts and data all improve, even off Wi-Fi.
